Payment Policy
Our policy is to supply the products first, and in return expect payment within 7 days, such is our confidence in our product and our trust in our customers. All prices include shipping and taxes, the price you see is the price you pay. Payment is required by cheque after delivery, made payable to Tony Henshall

Refund Policy At Tony Henshall Mini Mall,
We want you to be delighted with your purchases when you shop with us. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items therefore please see our returns policy below.
If you change your mind about any items you have ordered from us, please notify us within 7 days of receipt and return the goods for a full refund or exchange.
As the bracelets react uniquely to each wearer, no refund can be given if the bracelet is worn prior to return. If you return goods within 14 days, we will issue a full refund of the price paid for the item.
Defective Items. You can always return items if they are defective. The bracelets are guaranteed against any manufacturing defects for a period of six months.
Manufacturer's warrenty does not cover the life of plating due to "ph" difference in individuals.
To return an item. Please enclose a note giving a reason for the return, and send the package to the address on the invoice.
Caution Please consult with an authorised health care provider before using our products. Do not use our products as substitutes for necessary treatments.
Our products should never be placed directly over an open wound, nor should individuals use them with Pacemakers or Insulin pumps. Not recommended for use during pregnancy.
